Participants learned about procedures, officer roles, programs, uniforms, public relations and more. Each participant received a binder containing resources on all topics and were able to ask questions and get advice from Department staff.

The school was well received by all and lots of good information was delivered to the participants. Most attendees can be reimbursed for the cost of leadership school if you present your certificate to your detachment. Check with your detachment for more details.
If you missed this year’s leadership school and don’t want to wait until next year, the Department of Maryland has opened up their upcoming Leadership School to NJ MCL members.
