Spruce Run Memorial VFW Post 5119 and the Hunterdon County Bulldogs Marine Corps League Detachment #927 Invites you and your guests to the United States Marine Corps 248th Birthday Celebration!
The is an informal/casual event for attendees and is open to the public. The ceremony will be presented by the Hunterdon County Bulldogs Marine Corps League inside the VFW Hall. The ceremony and lunch is free.
Lunch will be available after the ceremony concludes. Free coffee, water and birthday cake will be available for all attendees.
Parking lots are located on either side of the pavilion. For large groups, carpooling would be preferred so we have enough parking.
Festivities Schedule:
1200 Cash Bar – Alcohol & Soda – Free coffee and water from VFW
1230-1315 Marine Corps Birthday Ceremony – Commandant’s Message, Cake Cutting Ceremony with Youngest & Oldest Marine in attendance and POW/MIA Ceremony
1315 Lunch, birthday cake, coffee and water will be available for FREE provided from the Hunterdon County Bulldong from the VFW. Cash bar for alcohol and soda.
