Good of the Order: PDD Basile gave a report on the Growl at the Mid-Winter Conference.
PDD Basile stated that placeStateNew Jersey is host foe the Northeast Division Growl in April and Pack Leader Fodor requests a max turnout by New Jersey Pack.

PDD Fackina made a donation to the Dog Robber for the Ad-Book ad.
Announcements PDD DeChirico stated there would be a Joint assemblage of Dog Pounds and MCL Detachments at a time and place to be announced. This concerns all veterans.
